BSA has recently made a partner-level personnel move for its Muscat office. Arsalan Tariq was hired two years ago by BSA's, DIFC office and promoted to Partner at BSA's Muscat office in January 2020. Now, Arsalan physically moves to BSA's Muscat office as a Partner and Head of the Corporate Department.
In his new role, Arsalan will support the Oman team across the firm's various practice areas to deliver integrated legal services to clients throughout Oman and continue to serve clients in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia from the Muscat office.

Arsalan has focused his career primarily on Banking and Finance, Real Estate and Hospitality and Corporate, Commercial practice in Oman and has more than 12 years of experience advising clients in the region and other foreign jurisdictions.
Arsalan added that "he is very excited to be back in Muscat which is like a home to him".
