Toronto Lawyer Mason Morningstar is a family lawyer. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School with a Juris Doctor in 2017, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018. During his time at Osgoode, Mason volunteered with the Family Law Project, where he assisted hundreds of low-income clients draft court materials and navigate the litigation process. Additionally, Mason competed in the competitive Walsh Family Law Moot, where he and his fellow teammate won the best factum award.

Before joining DSF, Mason articled and subsequently worked with a boutique family law firm in Toronto, practicing in the areas of both domestic family law and child protection. Mason regularly appears before the Ontario Courts of Justice and Superior Courts of Justice.

Outside the office, Mason is an avid guitar and billiards player, and enjoys keeping current with philosophical literature.
