This informative and interactive session will focus on the risks associated with managing or purchasing property and will be relevant for a broad cross section of Local Government professionals.

The forum will be an opportunity for attendees to raise both specific or general queries in relation to property and environmental risk. 

Guest speakers Gary Purdy and Andrew Durand from Greencap will cover topics including:

  • An overview of the responsibilities associated with property management.
  • The basics of site contamination assessment and remediation in South Australia.
  • Present case studies that illustrate a number of potential environmental and occupancy liabilities associated with site development and management.
