Christopher Hart spoke with The Cybersecurity Law Report about new state privacy laws recently passed in New Jersey and New Hampshire, which both take effect in January 2025. "What these laws really want a company to do is manage its data risks," he shared, "so an organization that first starts with the idea of what its governance looks like will have a much easier time figuring out what to prioritize when trying to come into compliance with them."
