Schoenherr advised proPellets Austria, an association of the Austrian wood pellet industry, in connection with a dawn raid by the Austrian Federal Competition Authority (FCA) and its subsequent investigation into the Austrian pellets market. Today, the FCA announced that it will close the antitrust proceedings against proPellets Austria without further proceedings.
Schoenherr supported proPellets Austria during the entire investigation phase and negotiations with the FCA to close the case without initiating Cartel Court proceedings.

The vision and goal of proPellets is the energy transition in heating.
