Danuta has over 16 years experience advising clients on the lender as well as the borrower side on a broad range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions. Her practice focuses on project finance and export credit agencies-supported finance transactions particularly in the natural resources and infrastructure sectors. She also has vast experience advising on corporate facilities, real estate finance and alternative funding structures. Her international experience spans across a large number of emerging market jurisdictions, particularly in Africa and Central and Eastern Europe.
