Luke von der Heyde has returned to ENS as an Executive in our Project Development and Project Finance practice. His return signifies our commitment to assisting our clients with complex cross-border infrastructure projects in specialist areas such as energy, and resource development, public private partnerships and infrastructure.
Following his tenure as a senior legal counsel in the investment banking sector focusing on infrastructure financing, Luke refined his expertise in delivering specialised and sector-specific legal advice, focusing in particular on the energy sector and the financing of renewable energy projects. As a project finance expert, he has represented various clients including developers, funders, contractors and offtakers.
