CHARLOTTE, N.C. (May 23, 2023) – Holland & Knight represented Kaho Partners and its portfolio company Addtronics in the acquisition of Bow Robotics, a leading robotic parts manufacturer and repair provider based in West Chester, Ohio. Terms of the deal, announced on May 18, were not disclosed.

Bow Robotics is the third addition to the Addtronics family of companies after the company acquired Missouri Tooling and Automation in January 2023 and Dynamic Design Solutions in October 2022. Holland & Knight also advised Kaho and Addtronics on those transactions.

Based in Greenwich, Connecticut, Addtronics is a holding company dedicated to acquiring, empowering and growing leading robotic automation solution providers. Through this acquisition, Addtronics adds aftermarket parts and services to its portfolio of capabilities.

Kaho Partners, based in New York and Greenwich, Connecticut, is a private equity firm exclusively focused on building market-leading companies through aggressive organic and inorganic growth.
