Please join us in welcoming former United States Representative Ron Kind (D-WI) as a senior policy advisor in the firm's Legislative & Public Policy practice, resident in Washington, DC.

Rep. Kind, one of Congress's most bipartisan members, has been an integral figure in a broad range of complex legal and policy issues, including the development and passage of the Affordable Care Act, Inflation Reduction Act, 2021 infrastructure package, CHIPS Act, and US-Mexico-Canada Agreement. He served as a senior member of the House Ways and Means Committee and its subcommittees on Health and Trade, along with several other House committees. Rep. Kind served as Chief Deputy Whip and co-chaired the bi-partisan US-UK Caucus, the US-British Inter-parliamentary Caucus, and chaired the New Democrat Coalition.

Rep. Kind's involvement and leadership in major healthcare, tax and trade issues will allow him to provide important insights to our clients as they navigate key legislative and policy issues in Washington. We welcome the opportunity to bring Rep. Kind's strategic advice to bear on your complex challenges involving the federal government in healthcare, life sciences, financial services, energy, tax, trade, technology, federal funding, foreign sovereign representation, and education.
