Once an application has been approved the trademark is published in the Official Gazette for Trademarks and entered into the Trademark Register. After the registration and advertisement a time of two months begins for making oppositions against the registration. Anyone who believes that he or she has been damaged or violated through the registration may make an opposition against the new trademark.
