The copyright exists until seventy years has passed from the year in which the author died, or in combined works, from the year when the last surviving author died. In works to which several authors have contributed separately, all authors have an independent copyright to their own separate work. After the passing of the stipulated time, the work is "free", i.e. anyone may use it either economically or in other ways. The only limitation is the protection of classic works. If no author is mentioned for the work, the copyright exists until seventy years has passed after the year in which the work was originally published.
