Having successfully represented a diverse client base in both domestic and cross-border transactions across various sectors, including manufacturing, engineering, healthcare, hospitality and aviation, Haseena has collaborated with international law firms and counsels, providing expert advice on Indian law matters in cross-border transactions. Additionally, Haseena has significant experience in the aviation sector, advising both domestic and foreign airlines, as well as other key players, on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues within the industry. Haseena was called to the Bar in the year 2003 and qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in the year 2005.

Shankar is a direct tax professional with over 15 years of consulting experience in the taxation and regulatory field, including corporate & international taxation, M&A and other regulatory areas.

Shankar has advised various MNCs and reputed domestic business houses across multiple industries. Shankar specializes in advising MNC and domestic companies on M&A, divestitures, cross border investment and group restructurings from a tax and regulatory perspective, corporate taxation and regulatory matters, direct tax due diligences, endowment planning, profit repatriation / cash repatriation strategies and streamlining group structures. Shankar qualified as chartered accountant in 2004.
