Aleksanteri Aaltonen is Head of Technology at Greip IP Solutions, leading the SaaS product management for the Greip IP lifecycle platform used by 10,000+ users in 700+ organizations.

He began his career as a Microsoft-certified software developer, progressed through nearly a decade of enterprise client-facing architecture and delivery consulting at Accenture (including Avanade) and advanced to leadership roles like CTO & Partner at Aitomation and Head of Architecture & Development at EVRY. He brings 20+ years in enterprise software and B2B SaaS.

Maiju Moisander, Head of Business Development, IP asset management at Berggren, advises organizations on strategic IP management, turning strategy into scalable, tool-enabled delivery. She designs end-to-end IP lifecycle practices, leads complex Greip deployments and client onboarding, and embeds best practices through training and documentation.

Her focus includes portfolio analytics and decision support for leadership, aligning IP processes with business outcomes. She brings 15+ years across strategic IP, patent engineering, SaaS delivery, and change leadership from tech corporations such as Nokia and Metso. Maiju holds an M.Sc. in Materials Science from Tampere University of Technology, with exchange studies at TU Darmstadt.
