Nishit has authored numerous articles including topics such as indirect transfer of shares, business connection, BEPS, service PE, etc. which have been published in major industry journals such as International Taxation Journal, Taxmann.com, and Tax Sutra.

Nishit is also a regular speaker at various industry forums organized by The Chambers of Tax Consultants, ICAI, Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Indo American Chamber of Commerce on various topics such as overseas direct investment, international taxation, and FEMA. He has also
