Roughly 60% of all civil aircraft in the world are registered through the Federal Aviation Administration Aircraft Registry in Oklahoma City. The Registry is responsible for issuing documentation for title and identification of aircraft, engines, and propellers that are required for civil aviation. How did OKC become the center of aircraft registration in the United States? Join Jack Gilchrist and his team at Gilchrist Aviation Law in Oklahoma City as they walk through the ins and outs of aircraft registration and the FAA.

This webinar will cover the steps taken to properly purchase and register aircraft used for business, personal, and commercial aviation. We welcome guests: Mark Shaw of Southwest Airlines, Kate Alt from NetJets, and Chad Anderson from JetCraft. They will guide us through the specific steps taken to ensure the secure purchasing of aircraft for a variety of uses.

For the past 30 years, Gilchrist Aviation Law has served clients by providing aviation title, registration, finance and leasing of national and international aviation companies as well as their local and special counsel. Additionally, Gilchrist Aviation Law serves as special FAA and Cape Town Convention counsel to clients and their lawyers throughout the world.
