WilmerHale Partner Lee Greenfield was the co-editorial chair of the recently-published treatise, "Mergers and Acquisitions: Understanding the Antitrust Issues," released in October 2015 by the American Bar Association (ABA). The work provides a comprehensive review of the substantive US antitrust law relating to mergers and acquisitions. Greenfield, along with Ronan Harty of Davis Polk, served as the principal organizer and overall editor of this 600-page book, which is the ABA's official treatise on the substantive antitrust aspects of M&A.

Greenfield practices in the Regulatory and Government Affairs Department, representing clients in a broad range of complex antitrust matters. He focuses on issues relating to obtaining merger clearance for transactions in a diverse range of industries, including defense and aerospace, computer products, scientific equipment, agricultural and other chemicals, entertainment, professional services and financial services.
