SEC amendments to the procedural requirements and resubmission thresholds of Exchange Act Rule 14a-8 ("Shareholder Proposals") were published in the Federal Register. The final rule amendments - which will go into effect on January 4, 2021 - require companies to include shareholder proposals in their proxy statements, subject to certain requirements (see prior coverage).
