MSRB Requests Comments On Advertising Rules

The MSRB requested comments on proposed new requirements that
would (i) amend MSRB Rule G-21 applicable to municipal securities
advertisements, in order to conform the MSRB's requirements to
comparable FINRA Rules, and (ii) adopt new MSRB Rule G-40
applicable to advertising by municipal advisors.
Comments must be submitted by March 24, 2017.
