pet to work.
She suggests employers consider implementing guidelines that are
designed to keep children engaged with age-appropriate learning
activities while they are in the workplace. Define what the
expectations will be for both children and parents and be careful
not to view children as "free labor" for any type of
work-related activity.
Make sure pet policies address aggressive behavior against other
employees and dogs, and enforce the policy by barring badly behaved
animals until they are properly trained, Shayna adds.
