NFA proposed a definition of the term "Swap Execution Facility" and certain other technical amendments to NFA Rules and Interpretive Notices. NFA will (i) amend NFA Compliance Rule 1-1 ("Definitions"), (ii) specify under NFA Compliance Rule 2-13 ("CPO/CTA Regulations") that certain required documents must be filed electronically through NFA's filing system and (iii) provide necessary cross-references or rescind "obsolete" provisions in several other rules and interpretive notices.
