Fox Rothschild's Beth Weisser was interviewed by 6ABC to address Attorney General Kathleen Kane's choice of calling in help to investigate offensive emails that were generated by members of the Pennsylvania legal system on government computers.
Kane has appointed former Attorney General Douglas Gansler to investigate the emails. Weisser says, while Kane may have the authority to appoint, she can have no further dealings with the special prosecutor.
"She needs to be entirely removed from the process in every way shape and form in order to comply with the rules," said Weisser.
