The article, "The Warren Court: A Distant Mirror? Part III—'So we beat on, boats against the current,'" by Bill Kolasky, was published in the American Bar Association's Antitrust Magazine's Spring edition. In this final article of the three-part series on the Warren Court, he first looks at the backgrounds of the two new justices who had the greatest impact on the antitrust record of the Warren Court: Byron White and Abe Fortas. He will then examine what lessons we can take from the Warren Court's antitrust decisions that may inform the current debate over antitrust policy in what many have termed a new Gilded Age.
