We have launched the 4th edition of our International Real Estate Guide to European real estate law. This free publication provides real estate managers with an overview of the legal rules that govern real estate on a country by country basis across Europe. We have developed the Guide as a result of the growing tendency for property directors and fund managers to manage property portfolios across multiple countries and a range of jurisdictions. Our clients tell us that they increasingly need to quickly gain an understanding of the potential impact of certain issues across multiple locations so new for this edition we are taking our well loved and used guide online.
This guide provides easy access through a web based tool which can be accessible through your portable hand-held devices and desktops. Clients can review just the issues relevant to them, in the locations they are interested in.
