Jen Ritter-Tomasik, Ward and Smith's Technical Trainer and Help Desk Support Specialist, has earned the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM") credential from the Training Industry.
The CPTM" credential is the gold standard in training management and validates an individual's knowledge of managing all aspects of their company's training program. The credential is awarded to those who complete several self-paced courses that cover topics such as creating strategic alignment, optimizing the training process, leveraging technology, and delivering training solutions before taking a comprehensive exam.
"Earning the CPTM credential is a significant achievement," remarked Charles Collins, Ward and Smith's Director of Information Technology. "We're proud of Jen's accomplishment, and we know that she will continue to be an excellent resource for our firm as she puts her new skills to use."
In her role as Technical Trainer, Jen is responsible for developing and delivering training on the firm's technology products and services and providing technical support for the Help Desk.
