As from July 1st, 2003, Amaro, Stuber e Advogados Associados has three new partners: Adriana M. Gödel Stuber, Ângela Moraes Rodrigues de Jesus and Pedro Anan Jr.
Adriana leads a Corporate Law team in the firm and has twelve years of experience, seven of them with Amaro, Stuber. She has a Ph. D. in Foreign Economic Relations Law from the Catholic University of São Paulo and is proficient in English and Spanish. She obtained her Law degree from Curitiba Law School. Adriana’s contribution to several Brazilian and International law journals, magazines and newspapers is consistent, where she regularly presents articles and notes on Corporate and Banking Law.
Ângela is the head of the Labor Department and has as much as 15 years of professional experience. She is the firm’s representative in the Labor Studies Committee of the Brazilian Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry and focuses on Labor and Social Security Law. Ângela is a graduate from the Catholic University of São Paulo.
Pedro is Tax Department leader and has recently been awarded his Master’s Degree in Business Administration Studies from the University of São Paulo Law School. He has wide experience in all tax matters, ranging from administrative proceedings to tax planning. Pedro is regularly invited to speak about tax issues in seminars and conferences and is the firm’s representative in the Tax Committee of the Brazilian Association of Banks (Associação Brasileira de Bancos – ABBC).
This is the new configuration of Amaro, Stuber e Advogados Associados that with its six partners and nineteen associates expects to meet even better all its clients needs by combining the technical expertise and the vigor of these three young and talented new partners.
