The diversified financial services group Ocorian has appointed Renata Zrobek to Chief People Officer as it continues to strengthen its strategic people agenda focused on attracting, retaining, and developing talent and partnering with the leadership to deliver Ocorian's growth strategy.
Renata, who steps into the role with over 20 years' business experience in HR, has been promoted internally to the key position – demonstrating that Ocorian is committed to investing in and promoting its own people and supporting them in career progression.

Prior to joining Ocorian, Renata held executive level positions in banking and insurance where she has been responsible for HR strategy, partnering with colleagues and leadership teams in delivering business results, talent management, development of executive teams and HR service offerings.
