Michel Tourangeau has been appointed member of the Board of Directors ofthe Musée d'art de Joliette.
With its vast collection of works of art, the Musée d'art de Joliette is one of the main art museums in Quebec. The Musée showcases not only the talent of our artists, but also that of artists from around the world through its exhibitions and cultural and educational activities intended for a public of all ages. In fact, the museum holds close to 9000 works divided into 4 collections: Canadian art, European art, contemporary art and archaeological works. An essential reference in art!
The Musée d'art de Joliette also plays an important role in school dropout prevention by offering to our youth some activities and programs such as the « Les jeunes en action du MAJ», which give them an opportunity to develop their own creativity and to discover new professions.
