Based in the Firm's New York office, Josh will further bolster the transactional capabilities of the practice, which advised on more than 200 M&A transactions with an aggregate value of over $165 billion in the past two years.

From mid-market to large-cap deals, Josh has extensive experience counseling clients across a range of complex transactional matters, including public and private mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, corporate governance, contests for corporate control, securities matters and joint ventures. The clients he represents include a diversified mix of corporations, private equity funds, hedge funds and investment banks.
