We are pleased to announce that Sumit Bansal has joined S&R Associates as a retained partner. Sumit will lead the Firm's tax practice and is based in the New Delhi office.

Sumit Bansal's practice focuses on taxation and tax structuring. Sumit advises Indian and global clients on corporate, transactional and litigation-related tax matters. His practice covers cross-border mergers and acquisitions (inbound and outbound), private equity, restructuring and schemes of arrangement. Sumit's prior experience includes working with PwC and EY in New Delhi.
