Dear Sue
The rate of expansion of the global digital assets industry creates interesting opportunities and challenges for market participants and policymakers.
Matheson is pleased to invite you to our Leadership Series event on Wednesday, 11 May 2022, in partnership with the UCD Sutherland School of Law titled "Crypto and Digital Assets Revolution, What's Next?".
This hybrid event will provide a platform for business leaders and policymakers to share thoughts about the evolution of the digital assets industry and to discuss and debate the benefits of different policy approaches. The event will feature Matheson partners, senior executives from the technology and financial services industries, together with leading UCD alumni in the fields of law and blockchain technology.
During the event we will explore the opportunities and risks related to the growth of cryptocurrency and virtual assets; potential solutions to future challenges in bridging the gap between the traditional financial world and the virtual world; and how businesses and financial institutions can prioritise responses to the fast-evolving world of virtual assets.
Our speakers will provide practical insights on their experiences of virtual assets, the impact of global regulatory change and the opportunities and challenges for financial services companies and asset managers looking to establish in Ireland.
We are delighted to confirm that the keynote address will be given by Lory Kehoe, Director, NFT Success with Coinbase, Adjunct Assistant Professor in Tech Trends, Trinity Business School.
We hope you will be able to join us for what promises to be an insightful and informative event.
