Last October our partner Michael Bishop delivered a client webinar on the subject of employee share & option schemes. He discussed the different types of schemes which can be used, the reasons why an employer may establish a scheme and whether an employee share & option scheme may be suited for your business. Since the webinar was delivered we have experienced ongoing interest by employer clients in such schemes. They are seen as an important retention mechanism in today's very tight employment market.
