Shulman Rogers' Real Estate team was pleased to support our clients, Duball, LLC affiliate entities and their institutional partners, in the recent sale of two of its Rockville, MD mixed-use developments, The Ansel and The Upton, to Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. and Comstock Partners, LC. , rebranded by Comstock as BLVD Ansel and BLVD Forty-Four.

Land Use attorney, Nancy Regelin provided early support to Duball as it secured land use approvals and development entitlements to develop the properties and Alexis Peters represented Duball in the sale.

"Duball's vision and unwavering efforts created in The Ansel and The Upton two architecturally notable buildings delivering unique housing, hospitality and commercial options that transformed Rockville town center at the Rockville Metro Station," said Nancy Regelin.

Shulman Rogers is pleased to support Duball in its continued growth and success.
