We are delighted to announce that the Association of Media and Entertainment Counsel (AMEC) has appointed Cetinkaya partner, Orcun Cetinkaya, as an international advisory board member.
AMEC was formed in 2005 to represent the interests of in-house counsel and attorneys in the Entertainment and Media industry and comprises more than 14,000 accomplished men and women working in a variety of executive roles at major entertainment and media companies and law firms. The International Advisory Board consists of the leading media and entertainment law firms based outside of the United States and is one of a diverse range of boards that supports AMEC.
Orcun works with a variety of national and international media and entertainment companies advising on dispute management, and traditional media and journalism related matters. His work is particularly significant in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic, IP rights, human rights, and the freedom of the press in Turkey.
