May 2020 - Despite the challenges caused by the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Kinstellar has successfully advised a major German real estate investment manager on the acquisition of the recently completed 179-room four-star hotel Barceló Budapest from a Hungarian developer.

The hotel is the first establishment of the Barceló Group, one of the global leaders in hospitality and tourism sector, and is conveniently located right in the historic centre of the city, close to numerous museums, art galleries, cafés and restaurants, as well as being right on the spot of the city's busy nightlife area.
