The St. John's office is pleased to welcome Neala and Ryan as our newest associate lawyers.
Neala Kielley practises in the areas of employment and labour law, administrative law, human rights law, and litigation. Neala is an active community member who has been awarded for her commitment to volunteering, community leadership and academic excellence. She received a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University and a B. Comm. (Honours with Distinction) from Memorial University.
Ryan Parsons has a general corporate practice with a keen interest in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and commercial litigation. Ryan received a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall, where he developed a passion for working with start-ups while volunteering with the Osgoode Business Clinic. Prior to attending law school, Ryan obtained a B.A. (Honours with Distinction) in Economics from Queen's University.
