The 2020 Chambers & Partners Asia-Pacific rankings of leading law firms and lawyers has been released with Cooper Grace Ward's Dispute Resolution group again featuring very strongly.
Cooper Grace Ward's disputes team moved up the rankings from recognised practice to Band 5, with practice head Rocco Russo maintaining his ranking in Band 4, the highest ranked Brisbane-based dispute resolution lawyer.
The team also received glowing endorsement in the editorial described as 'strong across the board' with a reputation for producing work of a 'very high standard'. The team was also recognised for its client focus and 'very collaborative approach'.
Practice head Rocco Russo was individually praised as receiving 'substantial testimony' to 'the excellence of his work from both clients and fellow legal professionals' and for his ability to 'make everything practical and pragmatic, distilling complexity to give simplicity'.
Chambers & Partners is widely regarded as the most prestigious legal ranking directory in the world, with a team of 200+ researchers based in London. Rankings are determined through research undertaken independent researchers who undertake in-depth interviews of clients and peers and assess recent engagements.
