Jotham Scerri-Diacono, Partner within GANADO Advocates' Shipping practice, will be joining a panel discussion on yacht arrests at Superyacht Investor London conference, taking place between the 5th and 6th of February at The Landmark in London. Superyacht Investor is a yearly gathering for yacht owners and industry dealmakers that brings together over 200 delegates to discuss the latest industry trends.
The panel discussion that Jotham will be joining, entitled 'Under arrest: Latest yacht repossessions', will be held on the 6th of February. During this discussion, panellists from different jurisdictions will be addressing the notion of 'free and unencumbered' judicial sales, amongst other topics relating to the arrest of ships.
At the conference, Jotham will be joined by Christine Cassar Naudi, Partner heading GANADO Advocates' Tax practice for yachts, and Matthew Attard, Senior Associate within the firm's Shipping practice. GANADO Advocates will, once again, be one of the main conference sponsors.
