Leading global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer has been named as a supplier on an additional three lots of Crown Commercial Service's (CCS) Legal Panel for Government. This follows the firm being named as a supplier on lot 4c – Investment Disputes, which brings the firm's full appointment on the panel to a total of four lots.
The additional three lots are:
Lot 2 – Major Projects and Complex Advice
Lot 3 – Finance and High Risk / Innovation
Lot 5 – Rail Legal Services
The Legal Panel for Government offers the UK central government, its executive agencies and other eligible public bodies streamlined access to legal services, with appointed firms selected through a rigorous and highly competitive qualification process.
HSF Kramer has worked closely with Government legal advisers on major and innovative projects and complex advice over many years. This appointment reinforces this relationship and illustrates the firm's commitment to advising the UK Government on its most ambitious and significant projects.
