For the fifth consecutive year, Norton Rose Fulbright received a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's (HRC) Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality.

Norton Rose Fulbright earned the highest score and received the designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality in the 2020 report. The firm is one of 680 major US businesses to garner such a designation.

The 2020 CEI evaluates companies' LGBTQ-related policies and practices in categories including, non-discrimination policies, employment benefits, supporting an inclusive culture and corporate social responsibility and responsible citizenship. Norton Rose Fulbright's efforts in satisfying all of CEI's criteria led to a 100 percent ranking.

Alphonso David, HRC President, commented:

"The impact of the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index over its 18-year history is profound. In this time, the corporate community has worked with us to adopt LGBTQ-inclusive policies, practices and benefits, establishing the Corporate Equality Index as a primary driving force for LGBTQ workplace inclusion in America and across the globe."

The Human Rights Campaign Foundation is the largest civil rights organization striving towards equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people. HRC promotes and ensures equality and fairness for LGBTQ Americans.
