Kirkland & Ellis advised New Mountain Capital, a leading growth-oriented investment firm with over $20 billion in assets under management, on its partnership with Classic Collision, Inc., an Atlanta-based leading multi-site operator of 34 collision repair facilities in the Southeastern US. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
