SAN FRANCISCO (December 9, 2019) – Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, announces the addition of Philip Smith as Of Counsel in its San Francisco office.

With more than a decade of experience, Philip's practice focuses on employment litigation involving single and class action claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour matters and unfair competition. He also counsels clients on a range of workplace issues, including risk assessment and litigation avoidance, policy development and compliance, employment contracts and personnel management actions. Philip joins the firm from Constangy, Brooks, Philip & Prophete LLP's San Francisco office.

Philip earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (2004) and his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley (2000).
