FinanceMalta's last BlockFinance session for 2019 will be discussing the issuance of Security Token Offerings or STOs. Being held on 26 November, the event will feature inputs from various local and foreign stakeholders and service providers, tackling new tokenised business models and STO compliance. In addition, discussions will also be held regarding the MFSA's consultation document regarding STOs and the positive changes that blockchain could bring to companies if applied to corporate governance.
Andre Zerafa, Partner, heading the Investment Services and Funds team at GANADO Advocates, will speak at the event discussing the opportunities, challenges and solutions in adopting STOs.
