Please join attorneys from Holland & Knight's Labor, Employment and Benefits Group and our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group for the fourth presentation in our six-part HR Toolkit Series.

In "Part 4: Employment and Benefits Issues when Employees Cross Borders," Partners Victoria Zerjav and Vicente Umaña Carrizosa will explore the challenges of employees being seconded to a related company in another country and granting equity to employees. They also will discuss best practices for identifying key employment issues that companies should be aware of when engaging in business in a new country.

We hope you can join us for this highly informative presentation.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE)

Holland & Knight is an approved CLE provider in several jurisdictions, including California, Georgia, Illinois, New York and Texas. All reasonable efforts to seek CLE credits for this program will be made. In certain instances, some programs may not be awarded CLE credits because of either content or jurisdictional restrictions. For New York attorneys, this program's format qualifies for CLE for transitional (newly admitted) and experienced attorneys.

Continuing Professional Education Credits (CPE)

Holland & Knight can provide certificates of attendance that may be used to obtain CPE credit for nonlegal professions such as the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Attendees should follow their appropriate organization's self-application procedures.
