Global law firm Clyde & Co has today announced the appointment of Stephen Jurgenson as a London-based partner in the firm's global Projects & Construction (P&C) group.

Stephen joins from Winston & Strawn in London, and has over 20 years' experience representing clients on complex transactions around the world, in energy, utilities and infrastructure, with particular experience in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He was based in the UAE from 2010 to 2017 and headed up his former firm's office in Dubai.

Stephen works on project development and finance, banking and institutional finance, corporate lending, mergers and acquisitions and PPP matters. He has an extensive track record in the power, water, renewable energy, oil and gas, natural resources, real estate and transportation sectors.
