PHOENIX (July 16, 2019) –Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP announced Stephen Richer joined the firm as Of Counsel in the firm's Business Transactions practice group.
Richer's corporate transactions practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, contracts and new technologies. He works with a wide range of companies from private equity firms to agriculture companies and SaaS technologies.
As an active member of the community, Richer currently serves as a board member of Arizona Humanities and the Phoenix Lawyers' Chapter of The Federalists Society. He is also a board member of The Hartan Institute and Fantasy SCOTUS. In 2017, Richer was named an Arizona Industry Fellow of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry and was also the recipient of the President's Volunteer Service Award, Gold Class, from President George W. Bush. He received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, and a M.A. from the University of Chicago. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Tulane University.
