August Debouzy advised and assisted the Egis group, a leading European provider of consulting and engineering services in the construction industry, in connection with its acquisition of a majority stake in the Inhabit group, an engineering consultancy created in 2009 and specializing in design and implementation studies in the building industry, including envelopes and environment.
Based in Hong Kong, the Inhabit group has nearly 300 employees and also operates in Asia, Australia, the Middle-East and the United-Kingdom.
August Debouzy previously assisted the Egis group in 2017 when Egis contacted the 10 DESIGN group in order to enter into a strategic partnership agreement in Asia. Therefore, this new deal enables Egis to develop its expertise in the building industry and strengthen its presence in South-East Asia.
