Colin Ng & Partners LLP ("CNP") acted for Reed Exhibitions in the establishment of a joint venture company with leading Indonesian MICE, travel and hospitality specialist Panorama Group.
The joint venture company, PT Reed Panorama Exhibitions ("RPE"), is based in Jakarta and has developed a robust business plan to launch selected B2B trade shows that fit the needs of the rapidly emerging Indonesian economy. In addition to events that enable businesses to trade, RPE's trade shows will progressively feature special highlights that engender networking and include conferences and seminars to facilitate learning. RPE will work with relevant international, regional and local associations and trade publications to create cutting-edge content for its events.
