Standard form construction contracts - is it time to reconsider?

We wish to invite you to our next Construction & Infrastructure seminar in the series: Standard form construction contracts - is it time to reconsider - NEC4 and AS4902/GC21 compared.

The Australian property development and construction sector has long used an Australian standard form of contract to deliver construction, infrastructure and development projects. These continue to be delivered using, for example, AS4000, AS4300 or AS4902.

However, as new laws are passed and new forms of procurement and contracting philosophy emerge these contracts are increasingly being reconsidered as to whether they are fit for purpose and deliver successful outcomes.

This presentation will consider the Australian standard suite of contracts and consider them against a recently updated domestic contract (GC21) and recently updated overseas contract (NEC4).

We look forward to seeing you there.
