Jonathan has more than 20 years of experience living and working in Jakarta as a corporate lawyer, during which time he has assisted numerous multinationals and domestic companies with projects and transactions across nearly every sector of the Indonesian economy.
Jonathan assists clients on strategic investments in the technology sector, infrastructure projects, private equity and venture capital financings, direct foreign investment, corporate finance, and labor and employment matters.
