On April 12, 2019 Euromoney Legal Media Group announced their shortlist of candidates for the Americas Women in Business Law Awards 2019. Four MoFo women were among the nominees selected as standouts in their practice areas:
- Best in Technology – Corporate partner Vivian Hanson
- Best in Financial Regulation – Finance partner Barbara Mendelson
- Best in Financial Regulation – Finance partner Obrea Poindexter
- Best in Technology – Corporate managing partner Tessa Schwartz
Now in their eighth year, the annual Euromoney LMG Awards recognize the accomplishments of in-house and private practice women lawyers, as well as firms that are setting a new standard in innovative work practices and leading the way in their field. The winners will be announced on June 6 during a dinner ceremony at Essex House in New York City.
